By creating an account or playing SKIRMISH.GG you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the game.
1. The service
SKIRMISH.GG is a free online first-person shooter played in your browser. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. The service is provided free of charge and contains no real-money purchases or gambling mechanics.
2. Accounts
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If local law sets a higher digital-consent age, respect it.
- You are responsible for your account credentials and for everything done through your account.
- You choose your own display name; it must not impersonate others, contain hate, harassment, sexual content, or otherwise be offensive. We may remove or reset offensive names.
3. Rules of play
- Do not cheat, exploit bugs, use automation/bots, modify the client, or interfere with servers or other players' connections.
- Do not attack, harass, or spam other players. There is no in-game chat; abuse happens through names and matchmaking behavior.
- Violations can lead to suspension or deletion of your account.
4. Virtual items
Coins and skins are cosmetic virtual items with no monetary value. They are licensed to you for play, not sold, and cannot be traded, transferred, or redeemed for money. We may adjust, reset, or revoke balances to fix errors or abuse.
5. Content and conduct
You keep ownership of content you submit (such as your display name) but grant us the license needed to display and store it inside the game. We may moderate or remove content that breaks these terms.
6. Disclaimers
THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, or that matchmaking is free of unfair opponents.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, virtual items, or profits. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
8. Termination
You may stop using the game and delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of REPLACE WITH YOUR JURISDICTION, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
